Kolarctic has launched its 4th call for proposals with a deadline for submission of applications on 16 April 2012.
Information seminars are organised in different towns (Murmansk, Arhangelsk, Naryan Mar, Inari, Rovaniemi, Vadsö, Tromsö, Bodö, Haparanda, Luleå) to present the programme, its requirements and how to apply.

Karelia ENPI CBC Programme's third call for proposals is open starting 1 September 2011. The first phase of the call closes on 3 November 2011. The call concentrates on activities which seek cross-border solutions for forest based cooperation and for questions relating to sustainable energy.

The Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme's second call for proposals in the areas of sustainable economic development, tourism, nature and environmental protection, and cultural cooperation has been launched.

In the framework of the ENPI CBC 2007-2013 ITALY TUNISIA Programme, in Agrigento on 6 June the Sicilian Region, as Joint Managing Authority of the Programme, will present the call for proposals for strategic projects. A Research Partner Forum will be held in Tunis on 15 June 2011.
The submission of Project Proposals will follow a two-step procedure: in the first step, the applicants will submit a concept note within 60 days from the launch of the call; in the second one, only the applicants of the preselected Concept Notes will be invited to submit a full Application Form.
This call has an available budget of € 9,100,000 and focuses on the following priorities and measures:
Priority 1: Development and Regional Integration
Measure 1.2 Promotion of goods flow, improvement of migration and financial flows.
Measure 1.3 Promotion of research and innovation.
Measure 1.4 Institutional cooperation to promote regional development.
Priority 2: Promotion of sustainable development
Measure 2.2 Development of natural and cultural heritage
Measure 2.3 Development of renewable energy.
The eligible territories are the Sicilian provinces of Agrigento, Trapani, Caltanissetta, Ragusa, Siracusa and the Tunisian governorates of Nabeul, Ben Arous, Ariana, Manouba, Bizerte, Beja et Jendouba. The strategic projects will receive an EU contribution of 90%, with a minimum budget of € 900,000.00 and a maximum budget of € 1,800,000.00.
The second call for proposals has been launched for the Cross Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013.

The ENPI CBC Programme announced that the call for strategic projects is officially open starting 5 May 2011.
€ 62,4 million are available for cross-border cooperation projects focusing on the six following topics under Programme Priorities 1 and 2.
The Terms of Reference of each topic and main rules are detailed in the text of the call and in the Guidelines for Applicants.
The call for strategic projects is a two-stage procedure:
1. In a first instance Applicants shall submit a Concept Note.
2. Only the projects preselected following the evaluation of the Concept Notes will be invited to submit a Full Application Form.
The deadline for sending the Concept Notes is set on 14 July 2011.

Kolarctic ENPI CBC Programme has launched its 2nd call for proposals on 14 March 2011. The programme promotes cross-border cooperation on the North Calotte and North-West Russia. You find all the information needed on the Programme website or directly on the webpage concerning the second call.
South East Finland-Russia ENPI CBC Programme second call for proposals will be open 17 January - 15 April 2011. Proposals are being sought under all three programme priorities. Launching seminars for potential applicants will be held on 25 January in Finland and 27 January in Russia. The deadline for registration is 18 January 2011.

The Baltic Sea Region programme 2007-2013's fourth call for projects will be launched at the upcoming programme conference in Jyväskylä, Finland. The call will run from 1 December 2010 until 31 March 2011 and will be restricted to projects that address themes not yet covered and to flagship projects of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region that are in line with the programme's priorities.

The Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania acting as Joint Managing Authority of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross Border Cooperation Programme within European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007-2013 announces the 2nd Call for Proposals for cross-border actions as of 4 November 2010.
The proposals should aim at enhancing the territorial cohesion of the Latvian, Lithuanian and Belarusian border region, securing high level of environmental protection, providing for economic and social welfare, as well as promoting intercultural dialogue and cultural diversity.
The cross-border actions will be implemented in the eligible territory of the Programme. The applicants and partners must be located in the eligible area of the Programme. The indicative total budget of the Call is 8,000,000 euro. Every action approved for funding will be allocated not more than 90% of its total budget from the EU funds.
The Call for Proposals will be open until 22 February 2011, 16:00 GMT+2 (Vilnius time).
The Ministry of Regional Development and Local Government of Republic of Latvia has launched the 1st Call for Proposals of the Estonia - Latvia - Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013. The Joint Monitoring Committee of the Karelia ENPI CBC Programme decided the launching of the Programme at its meeting in Helsinki on 15 December 2009. The first Call for Proposals will be opened on 1 February 2010.
The theme of the call is Cross-border solutions for sustainable spatial, economic and environmental development. The call will be restricted - concept notes should be submitted to the Managing Authority within 45 days of the opening of the first phase of the call.

The 1st Call for Proposals of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENPI CBC Programme 2007-2013 was launched on 16 June 2009 and will close on 22 September 2009.
Joint Managing Authority is seeking proposals for the following types of activities:
Priority 1 - Supporting cross border partnerships for economic and social development based on combined resources
Measure 1.1: Strengthening accessibility and connectivity for new intra regional information, communication, transport and trade links
Measure 1.2: Creation of tourism networks in order to promote joint tourism development initiatives and traditional products
Measure 1.3 Creation of administrative capacity for the design and implementation of local and regional development policies
Priority 2: Sharing resources and competencies for environmental protection and conservation

Ministry of Regional Development and Housing from Romania acting as Joint Managing Authority, launches the first call for proposals for the Joint Operational Programme Romania-Ukraine-Republic of Moldova 2007-2013 on July 1, 2009.
The amount launched under this call is of 30 million euros for the first two Priorities of the Programme:
1. Towards a more competitive border economy
2. Environmental challenges and emergency preparedness
and 5 million euros for the third Priority:
3. People to people Co-operation
Potential beneficiaries are invited to submit project proposals for the first two Priorities of the Programme until 28 October 2009 and for the third Priority until 28 September 2009 at the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme: Cross-border Cooperation Regional Office Suceava, Humorului Street no. 961 C, Romania.
Potential beneficiaries of this call for proposals under RO-UA-MD JOP are non-profit legal entities such as: local public authorities, non-governmental organizations, public sector operators having the headquarters in the eligible area of the Programme (Romania - Suceava, Botosani, Iasi, Vaslui, Galati and Tulcea counties, Ukraine - Odessa and Chernivetska oblasts, Republic of Moldova - whole country).
Projects approved under this call for proposals will have as a result development of partnerships between the communities from every side of the border, implementation of projects that will create benefits for the people leaving in the border area.

The first call for projects under the Mediterranean Sea Basin ENPI CBC Programme is now open. It is for all four Programme Priorities and the allocation is over € 32 million.
The deadline for submission of grant applications is 20 October 2009.

The Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 first call for proposals opened on 25 February and will close on 30 May 2008!

The Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 is one of the Structural Fund programmes under the Territorial Cooperation Objective of the European Community. However it also integrates ENPI CBC objectives and provides co-financing for the benefit of eligible regions in Russia and Belarus.
For this call, there is a suspension clause for ENPI CBC funds, which means that they will be released only when Russia or Belarus sign a Financing Agreement with the European Commission. This should be done before the end of 2008.
