RCBI Follow up Information Workshops for Black Sea Basin Programme

RCBI, in collaboration with the Joint Managing Authority for Black Sea Basin ENPI CBC programme, organises a series of Follow up Information Workshops. The aim of the workshops is to clarify the different components of the application form and application process and to provide potential applicants and partners with the opportunity to receive further information and clarification on issues related to the second call for proposals.

RCBI training workshops for Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2nd call for proposals

RCBI will hold training workshops in Belarus and Ukraine in July 2011 to facilitate the preparation of projects under the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine ENPI CBC programme second call for proposals. Black Sea Basin CBC holds workshops ahead of second call for proposals

A series of preparation workshops will be held in the eight participating countries of the Black Sea Basin ENPI CBC Programme, in the framework of the second call for proposals.

The workshops in the partner countries (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) will be organized in collaboration with the Regional Capacity Building Initiative. The workshops will take place as follows:

Project Preparation Workshop for the Kolarctic ENPI CBC Programme to be held on 15 April in Naryan Mar

In preparation for the call for proposals under the Kolactic ENPI CBC Programme, RCBI will conduct a project preparation training workshop on 15 April 2011 in Naryan Mar.


The purpose of the workshop is to provide training to potential applicants and partners in project development including identifying common cross border problems or opportunities, developing objectives and activities to address these problems or opportunities, completing a logical framework and budget development. Partner Search Forum for the Estonia-Latvia-Russia ENPI CBC Programme to be held on 5 October

The Estonia-Latvia-Russia ENPI CBC Programme together with the Regional Capacity Building Initiative organise on 5 October 2010 a Partner Search Forum for the current call for proposals. The purpose of the Forum is to provide an opportunity for project applicants and partners to share project ideas and find or meet partners from all three countries. Participants will also receive information about the call for proposals and have the opportunity to ask questions.

The conference working language is English. Simultaneous translation into Russian will be provided for the morning plenary session.

The purpose of the seminars is to introduce potential project applicants and partners to the project submission requirements of the 1 Call for Proposals of the Programme. The seminars will be held in St. Petersburg on 15 September, Leningrad region on 16 September and Pskov on 17 September from 10.00 to 17.30. The seminar will be conducted in Russian.

Partner Search Forum for the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine ENPI CBC Programme, 26 January 2010 in Lviv, Ukraine

The Joint Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument Cross Border Cooperation Programme together with the Regional Capacity Building Initiative organise a 

Partner Search Forum for the current call for proposals that will take place in Dnister hotel Lviv, Ukraine, from 10.30 to 15.30, on 26 January 2010.

Potential applicants or partners with a project idea will be able to search for suitable partners as well as publicise their project  idea at the event. Black Sea Basin potential applicants and partners will have the opportunity to meet partners and discuss project ideas at two partner forums:

The aim of the partnership forums are to promote widely the launch of the first call for proposals and to raise awareness of the stakeholders on the opportunities brought by the programme for a sustainable economic and social development in the region.


The partnership forum also aims to create the opportunity for potential applicants and partners to meet other partners and share project ideas. At the event, the content of the application pack will be outlined and there will be the opportunity to foster project ideas through workshops organised per priorities of the programme.
