Whether it is delivering training on project preparation and management, facilitating partner forums, commenting on documents or attending meetings, RCBI support is delivered by a dedicated team of experts with a good knowledge of the subject matter and the eligible ENPI CBC regions.

Made up of experts who will be in place for the duration of the project, and assisted by others who come on board for particular tasks, the team includes EU based experts working in partnership with experts based in the Partner Countries themselves.

A key feature of RCBI assistance is flexibility. Each ENPI CBC programme is different from the others, and the level of experience of the Partner Countries also varies. Co-ordinated by Veronica Vann, RCBI works closely with the partner countries, the Joint Management Authorities and the EC to ensure that its assistance is tailor made to the needs of each programme and each country at any particular time.

The long term RCBI team includes Albert Sorrosal and Karine Leroy who provide training for applicants, beneficiaries and partners and advice on management, control and implementation,  Klaas-Jan Reincke who provides training for applicants, beneficiaries and partners and Pam van de Bunt who provides training for applicants and partners in ENPI South and advice on communication.

Providing on-the-ground, country-specific information and support in ENPI East are Vladlena Eliseeva (Russia), Georgui Baranets and Irina Sukhiy (Belarus), Anatoliy Pavelko (Ukraine), Rodica Iordanov Iordanca and Ecaterina Melnicenco (Republic of Moldova), Lia Todua (Georgia) and Erik Gyulazyan (Armenia). In ENPI South country specific support is given by Rafik Halouani and Anis Ghodhbane (Tunisia), Nader al Sayed (Egypt), Raghda Jaber (Lebanon), Khaled Shorman (Jordan) and Joan Amir (Israel).
